Committee (except as provided in clause 9 of these

presents) shall always be eligible for re-election.

Three Committee Men present shall be a quorum for a Committee Meeting. Every question at a meeting shall

be determined by the Majority of the Committee Men

present and voting on the question and in case of

equality of votes the Chairman shall have a second or

casting vote.

If at the time appointed for a meeting a sufficient

Member of Committee Men to form a quorum are not present

or if at any meeting the business is not completed the

Committee Men present may adjourn the meeting to a day

and time of which notice shall in manner hereinbefore

provided be delivered or sent by post to each Committee

Man.

A minute book shall be provided and kept by the

Committee and minutes of the entry into office of every

new Committee Man and of all proceedings of the Committee

shall be entered in such minute book.

The Committee shall have power by a majority of at

least three fourths of their Member to at any time make

alter or rescind any regulations with reference to all

or any of the matters aforesaid as to which any duties

or powers are vested in them.

If the Member of the said Committee or any of them

shall die or be abroad or desire to be discharged or

refuse or become incapable to act then and in every such

case it shall be lawful for the surviving or continuing

Members or Member for the time being to appoint a New

Member or New Members in the place of the Member or

Members so dying or being abroad or desire to be

discharged
